4 x 6 minutes at threshold pace with 90 second active recoveries between efforts

9 x 2 minutes at repetition pace with 60 second jog recoveries between efforts.
Pre-entry only via the club Women run 4k starting at 1:30pm, men run 4k starting at 2:oopm
4 x 7 minutes at repetition pace with 90 second active recoveries between efforts
8 x 3 minutes at repetition pace with 90 second jog recoveries between efforts.
10k race comprises 2 loops of the course starting at 2:15pm
Closed event for club members only. Race will be approximately 10 miles long, route will be multi-terrain and likely to be in and around Culross, Balgownie Woods etc. Full details...

3 or 4 sets of (60, 90, 12o second efforts with 45, 60, 90 second recoveries)
1, 2, 3, 4, 5, 4, 3, 2, 1 minute efforts at 5k pace with 1 minute recovery after the first minute then 2 minute recoveries after each subsequent effort
Pre-entry only via the club by Thursday 18th November 2021. Women run 8.6k, starting at 1:35 pm, men run 8.6k, starting at 2:20 pm.
